StuckForStaff.com.au™ is a site operated by Stuck Network Limited ("We"). We are registered in England and Wales under company 04560520 and have our registered office at Unit 214, The Custard Factory, Gibb Street, Birmingham. Our VAT number is [883 9142 88].
REGISTRATION AND SUBSCRIPTION
On registration with us and/or subscription to our Staff Services you agree to comply with our Terms of Website Use and to our Acceptable Use Policy.

The information that you provide to us on registration is important and must be true and accurate. You must keep that information up to date whether through our site or by notifying us in writing.
You must be at least 16 years old to register for the Staff Services.
On successful registration and payment of a subscription you will be permitted access to our Staff Services (subject to our Terms of Website Use) for the relevant Subscription Duration.
In subscribing to our Staff Services, you consent to Agencies using our Ratings facility unless you opt-out. Further details of the Ratings facility and opting out can be found at the My Ratings page (Note: You must be logged in to view this page).
In subscribing to our Staff Services we may provide opportunities to allow you to recommend friends to StuckForStaff.com.au. In recommending a friend you confirm that your friend has consented to receiving information about the services we offer. WORKING FOR AGENCIES
In working for Agencies you agree that you are not an employee, agent or partner of ours and that you will not make any such assertions. You confirm and agree that no employment relationship is intended and understand and agree that we are not an employment agency.
If through our site we should provide a mechanism for payment to you directly by an Agency, you and the Agency will be responsible for the discharge of any liability to taxation and for the payment of superannuation in respect of all fees and other sums payable to you.
Access to our Staff Services will terminate on expiry of a Subscription Duration.
We may also terminate your subscription early and/or your registration without notice if:
You may terminate your registration by giving notice to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refund of any subscription fee (or part of it) will be in our absolute discretion.
Any waiver, delay or failure in our enforcing or requiring compliance of any term or provision of these terms or of our Terms of Website Use shall not prevent us from subsequently requiring compliance with any such term or provision.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses suffered by you or any third party as a result of your use or cancellation of subscription of the Staff Services or this Website.
If you choose to allow agencies to rate your performance, you unreservedly consent to us publishing the rating. You agree and waive any right to make any claim or bring any legal action against us as a result of the publication of such ratings, including any claim for defamation or misleading or deceptive conduct.
We reserve the right to remove or amend any rating made by an Agency.
You will be liable for and shall indemnify us against any claim, demand, action, or proceeding, including legal costs on an indemnity basis, made or brought by any person against us for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or as a consequence of your use of the Staff Services or arising out of any agreement with Agencies or their rating of you.
If any term or provision of the these Agency terms and conditions or of our Terms of Website Use are held to be unenforceable, in whole or in part, then the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms or provisions shall not be affected.
We shall not be liable to you in respect of anything that may constitute breach of this agreement arising by reason of force majeure including (without limitation) fire, flood, accident, acts of terrorism, telecommunications and utilities failure, civil unrest, riot, war, act of God, the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any licence or consent), theft, malicious damage and any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond our reasonable control.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These terms are governed by English law and subject to any Australian legislation that cannot be excluded.
